IFF is transforming our services to meet the heightened expectations of a highly creative, international and mobile workforce.  The Infrastructure Engineer provides daily operational, administrative and 3rd level technical support functions across IFF's enterprise for commercial off the shelf applications to ensure complete reliability and functionality for greater than 70 domestic and international locations.   You will spend your time... Documenting and transitioning routine tasks and initiatives to End User Support, Operations, and Off-shore team members Conducting yearly capacity, resource, and life-cycle management audits Responding to escalated and/or customer generated incidents, resolving any problems that occur using Service-Now Incident and Problem Management portal Remotely managing and maintaining 150+ geographically distributed systems delivering messaging, database, and web services Resolving system outages and failures in a timely manner. Installing, configuring, and managing new hardware, software, and systems Participate with the assessment and implementation of new technologies troubleshoot systems, software, hardware failures and make changes to improve current performance and stability following established change management practices Contribute in projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), support, or individual contributor Participate and chair knowledge transfer sessions with team members Provide non-business hour support for production systems, scheduled maintenance, and implementations, as required Update and maintain technical documentation, such as change/service requests, incident tickets, procedures, and general systems landscape diagrams Required Skills Working (Hands-on) knowledge in a selection of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016 (32/64 bit systems) Linux systems (SuSe) Azure Cloud and related cloud disciplines Office 365 Administration to include Exchange and Skype Online Network Remote Access: Juniper Secure Access Series SSL VPN technologies (JUNOS a plus) Network Load Balancers: Citrix NetScaler v8.x or higher Okta identity management including Single-Sign On and Multi-Factor Authentication Hypervisor experience: VMWare, etc. SSL Encryption Including Certificate generation and maintenance Active Directory Administration including Domain Controllers and DNS Ability to resolve problems using current knowledge, research data, and external resources Ability to multi-task, work independently, and in a team environment Strong evaluative, assessment and diagnostic abilities Internet web server experience with Apache Tomcat 6.0, IIS, NGIX, etc Willingness to learn and develop new skills Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in IT Service management best practices and procedures including messaging, network access, identity and access management, public and private Cloud and Web technologies   Preferred Experience: Scripting ability (PowerShell, WMI, VBScript, etc.)   Our business is fueled by a sense of discovery; by consistently asking "What If?" The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
