Cyber Security Engineer

A design company needs a Cyber Security Architect/ Engineer to join their team in a direct-hire, permanent opportunity.

The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for Architecting, Designing, and Implementing Cyber and Information Security systems, solutions, and computer security tools for the company.
This candidate will be up to date and interested in new technologies and also have the ambition to deal with cyber security on a global level.
Their business crosses borders and we need someone able to think in broader security terms.
In addition, this engineer will need to be hands-on , but who also possesses Architectural ability.
You will collaborate with Security operations, Network operations, , IT Engineering and other technical teams in applying and upholding global security standards, delivering innovative security projects while continuosly improving and designing security to secure architectural standards in support of a standardized secure approach to systems, applications, and networking development.
Skills needed:
Strong understanding of VPN's Firewalls Encryption techniques including PKI infrastructure Security standard frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO and CIS Networking routing and virtualization ttechnologies:
BGP, GRE, MPLS, IPSEC Network Analytic tools:
Rapid 7, Nessus, qualys, Wireshark, NMAP, Kali HTTP/HTTPS proxies.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
