Responsibilities include organizing documents and files in proper order, filing documents and packets, maintaining hardcopy filing systems, retrieving documents or files when requested, making necessary updates to records, removal or archiving outdated files.
Ideal candidates will have keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility on days and hours within the M-F and 8am-5pm time frame.
