Managing accounts payable using accounting software Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendorsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendorsEnsuring bills are paid Processing due invoicesPurchase ordersAccount maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accountsRequired Experience with and knowledge of:
Experience with QuickBooks is a must1-3 years' experience in accounts payableEffective verbal and written communication skills.
