Property Manager

The property manager will report directly to our regional manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring that all residential and commercial properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Report directly to Regional Manager Inspect properties regularly to ensure they are well-maintained and meet quality standards Review weekly work schedules for the maintenance team for managements review; provide recommendations Provide assistance in overseeing employee work schedules and work progress Ensure that all maintenance requests are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of tenants Enforce property and company rules and regulations Manage and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties Monitor expenses and prepare reports for the Regional Manager Oversee and maintain inventory controls Maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Establish high property curb appeal by maintaining property appearance and cleanliness
Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential/multi-family property management Extensive experience in managing other employees Construction experience and knowledge Self-starter attitude that embraces various challenges and works to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability Demonstrable leadership qualities Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
