Responsibilities:
The admin support will play a key part in; bridging the gap between the JSMT departments, existing client communications, and ensuring the office administrative duties are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
If you are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning new trends in the web design and digital marketing environment, we would love to speak with you! Handle incoming phone calls.
Schedule employee and client meetings.
Take meeting notes.
Manage internal communications.
General office duties, including supply management and opening and closing duties.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Drive (Google Sheets, Google Docs) and Gmail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
